Keeping our heart content therefore should be our go to goal for the year.
How can we be Content and Happy unless we have soul satisfying relationships?
With Self
With Family
With Everyone else and
With Nature.

Spending quality time with our near and dear ones, our spouse, children and parents, engaging in heart to heart talks, trying to understand their fears and scares, aspirations and dreams is the Way.
Empathising, getting into their pure heart that is longing for warmth, affection and love as we do, is the Way.

Let us ask piercing questions on how we relate to Everyone Else, our friends and others. Is it smooth? Do we have expectations from each of them? Are we scared of their opinions of us? What prevents us from being our true selves with the outer world?
Let us consciously find answers and embrace the world whole heartedly.

Being merged in the essence of Nature, Prakriti, has always been our nature. How deep do we feel our connection with Mother Earth? With the Five Elements? With the Trees, Birds and Animals?
Are we living cocooned in a shell of our own, unmindful of the nurturing we receive from Mother Nature?
Let us ponder on this.

Finally, if we don’t Spend Time with Ourselves, who else will!
Spending an enormous time with our sweet Self, boldly asking questions about our fears and scares, aspirations and dreams, dealing with our hurts and dejection, is the way.
Let us fall in Love with Ourselves.
If we don’t, who else will?
The inner We is humble, pure, grateful, happy and Divine.
Let us strive to bring these qualities and feelings out for the world to experience through us. The present world needs more of us, the pure hearted, open and all embracing Ones. ❤️

Let us use this year, its fluctuations in energy and emotions to our advantage. Converting each event into an opportunity for inner awareness, realisation and growth. Let us center ourselves to our deep roots, to our authentic self, to bring out the real we.
Let us leave behind a legacy as one who reached pinnacles of self mastery, as one who is at ease with himself/herself.
