“With the Breath, you will learn to connect with your Higher Self and live in Surrender and operate with Intuition”
-Master Minood
What is Meditation?
Meditation means ‘Silencing the Mind’.
It is about ‘Emptying the Mind’ of all thoughts, wanted or unwanted..!
It is being aware of the present and of oneself at every moment, moment to moment.
The ancient practice of quietening and relaxing the “thinking” mind is Meditation.
Meditation is a state, not a process. It is a state of being in touch with one’s own divinity.
What happens when we Meditate?
With the Breath, we learn to connect with our inner voice, the real we, with a clear and unique life
purpose. Once we learn to connect to the space of this consciousness, outwardly our life may appear
the same, but our response to situations would have positively changed.
All contributing to a happier and peaceful life!
Meditation is a tool for Self- Exploration. It helps us to learn to witness our thoughts, know the mind-
body-spirit connection and understand the language of Silence
Meditation allows the inflow of the ever-present cosmic energy that raises our vibrational
frequency. This shift in energy brings desirable changes to our external world, which is just a
reflection of our inner world.

What are the benefits of doing Meditation?
The call to meditate came to me when I was 25 years old. I knew nothing of the subject; I just felt a desire to sit with myself in silence. Thirteen years later, I know I am a completely different person directly as a result of this process of self contemplation. My mind and the way it used to think, the belief systems I had and the filters with which I processed the world around me were so limiting. I did not know who I was or my place in this world. Over the years, doing spiritual practices like meditation with dedication and absorbing Master's guidance, I can confidently say that mind is completely different, it is transformed. The automatic assumptions, self doubt, negative thinking, all swept over with faith and trust. My mind just doesn't think the way it used to. With Master leading me, I know I can achieve the highest I can be, I can express my divine nature in this physical form and by doing so I can help make this world a better place.
