In our day-to-day life, encounter with the ‘other’ is always a problem. How does one cope with the ‘other’?
The spiritual journey is the journey of the self, taken by the self for the sake of the self. A soul comes by itself and the soul will evolve into a perfected human being where it can exist by itself. Spiritual journey is all about moving into a plane where once can harmoniously co-exist with the ‘other’ without the need for the ‘other’. In the physical world, a life of aloneness will come only when one reaches the realisation level. Unless one meets the ‘other’ and learns from different outpouring of emotions and physicality, one cannot reach that level. Therefore, every ‘other’ who comes into one’s life is actually a teacher, teaching something about life. See how beautiful the arrangement is. Every person in the world is a teacher teaching other teachers. When someone angrily shouts at you, he is in fact teaching you about anger or something else. If you are on a deep inner journey, you will reflect on what happened. If you are not on a spiritual path, you react immediately, and there will be fights. In any case, you evolve. You are transformed. Ultimately after many lifetimes you become a Buddha.
