Fire Meditation

Amongst our five elements – earth, water, fire, air and space, Fire is considered the strongest element and also the easiest to connect with.
Fire meditation session is conducted in two stages. In the centre Fire is lit in the Havan Kund with wood and camphor. The session starts with everyone first sitting around the Fire and connecting to the element by simply being and observing, seeing the different colours of Fire, the movement of the Flames, feeling the warmth and the coolness of the Fire.
Everyone connects to the element and identifies with Her in his / her own way. Some are fascinated by the beauty of the flames, some find themselves dancing with them, some feel the fire inside them, some find themselves burning away some unwanted part of them, some find it very calming and soothing. It is a soulful experience to be so silent and the only sound is the crackling of the wood under the unparalleled heat of the Fire.
Once the group is completely connected with the Fire, the second part of the session starts, wherein everyone shuts their eyes and connects to their Breath and Meditate… feeling the Sacred Fire move within their body.
